Rector NUST Strengthens Ties with Global Alumni Community at London Meetup

Rector, Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif, accompanied by senior NUST leadership, hosted the NUST Annual Alumni and Community Meetup in London on Saturday, 1st November 2025.
The event brought together distinguished NUST alumni, members of the Pakistani diaspora, community leaders, and philanthropic partners from across the UK.
Held at the Forum for International Relations Development (FIRD) Office and graciously supported by Mr. Toaha Qureshi, Chairman FIRD and NUST Trust Foundation (NTF-UK), the gathering served as a vibrant platform to reconnect with NUST’s global community.
In his address, Dr. Zahid Latif highlighted Pakistan’s higher education landscape, NUST’s trailblazing leadership and its initiatives for global engagement, alumni collaboration and sustainable education. He also shared ongoing efforts to expand donor-driven scholarships for deserving students, reaffirming NUST’s enduring commitment to inclusive and impactful education.
