Rector NUST meets Vice Chancellor NUMS to explore academic and research collaboration

Rector, Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif, held a call-on with Lt Gen Wasim Alamgir, HI (M), (Retd), Vice Chancellor of the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), during the latter’s visit to NUST.
Both sides exchanged views on opportunities for academic and research cooperation including joint initiatives, knowledge sharing and leveraging institutional strengths to advance excellence in medical education, research and innovation.
The meeting reflected the shared commitment of both institutions towards strengthening inter-institutional collaboration and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field of medical sciences, alongside broader national priorities in higher education.
