Rector NUST Chairs Review on Enhancement of Campus Sports Facilities

Rector, Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif, chaired a meeting to review the proposed upgradation of the NUST Sports Complex, followed by an on-site visit to assess existing facilities and requirements firsthand. During the meeting, Rector was briefed on the scope of work, proposed enhancements and phased implementation aimed at improving accessibility, functionality and overall user experience.
Rector emphasized that the uplifting of on-campus sports and recreational facilities is of the utmost priority, as such spaces play a vital role in promoting physical well-being, community engagement and a balanced campus life. The initiative is expected to benefit the entire NUST community by encouraging a healthier, more inclusive and vibrant university environment.
