Rector NUST Meets Rector NUML to Discuss Academic Collaboration

Rector NUML, Maj. Gen. (Retd) Shahid Mahmood Kayani, paid a courtesy visit to NUST on 16 December 2025, where he met with Rector NUST, Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif. The meeting provided an opportunity for a meaningful exchange of views on academic leadership, institutional collaboration and shared challenges and opportunities within the higher education landscape.
The interaction reflected a spirit of collegiality and mutual respect, reinforcing the importance of dialogue and cooperation amongst leading public sector universities to strengthen academic excellence and student-centred growth.
